Nicole has over 18 years' experience working in the field of law. She was a family law paralegal for over 7 years, working full-time while attending law school at night to gain experience and knowledge of the field. After law school, she worked for a Plaintiff's Firm representing injured workers in their Worker's Compensation claims before joining the Litigation Department of a large California Plaintiff's Firm representing clients in their Personal Injury cases. She gained extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, court appearances, jury trials, and negotiating settlements. Once her son was born, she went back to her roots of Family Law and has been practicing Family Law for the past 5+ years. She is passionate about helping individuals and families in all aspects of family law, including dissolution, custody, support, domestic violence cases, guardianship, adoptions, termination of parental rights, and stepparent adoptions. She has also been appointed by the court to represent children in the capacity of Minors Counsel.
In her spare time, she enjoys camping, traveling, reading, volunteering for her son's school and local baseball organization, and spending time with her son, husband, and two dogs.
